Our practice was established in 1999 by John Sesto. Today, the Principals of our practice are John Sesto and Sasho Slaveski. John and Sasho have been working together since 2003, representing a range of different client types, from individuals and partnerships to small and large private companies covering a wide range of businesses and industry sectors.

John is recognised as an Accredited Commercial Law Specialist and a Tax Specialist under the Law Institute's specialist accreditation scheme.

We recommend that we work with our client to create a strategy to buy that business. Our client didn’t believe this could be achieved but he trusted us. Within 10 days we had established a new corporate structure and negotiated and settled his finance arrangements to buy that business. Our client’s dream, became reality.
