Our Story

J.P. Sesto & Co is a legal practice specialising in the areas of Business (advisory), Property, Taxation, Trusts & Estates, Commercial Litigation, Insolvency/Bankruptcy and Corporations Law.

Our practice was established in 1999 by John Sesto. Today, the Principals of our practice are John Sesto and Sasho Slaveski. John and Sasho have been working together since 2003, representing a range of different client types, from individuals and partnerships to small and large private companies covering a wide range of businesses and industry sectors.

John is recognised as an Accredited Commercial Law Specialist and a Tax Specialist under the Law Institute's specialist accreditation scheme.

We aim to see opportunities where you might otherwise see despair, to help you seize those opportunities and grow. Where our client came to us concerned that he would lose his dream to be a part of a business he was passionate about on the unfortunate administration of his employer’s business, we saw this as an opportunity for our client to realise his dream.

We recommend that we work with our client to create a strategy to buy that business. Our client didn’t believe this could be achieved but he trusted us. Within 10 days we had established a new corporate structure and negotiated and settled his finance arrangements to buy that business. Our client’s dream, became reality.
